Job summary

NSW Land Registry Services invites an experienced leader to own the Digital Plans product and services, guiding design, development and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused outcomes within the NSW land titles system.

You will lead roadmaps, collaborate with regulators and Spatial Services, and drive digital transformation to enhance service delivery and compliance across platforms and enabling systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design and product management for digital platforms.
• Ability to interpret legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across regulators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Plans product and services from design to continuous improvement, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes.
• Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps for Digital Plans platforms and enabling systems.
• Manage planning, prioritisation and coordination of design and product initiatives across Digital Plans for quality and timeliness.
• Contribute to governing policies, procedures and frameworks to strengthen governance and policy compliance.
• Drive technology-enabled transformation, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
