Job summary

Perilya Limited is seeking an experienced Operations and Safety Manager to join our Adelaide Head Office. This role provides operational oversight, performance analysis, and HSE leadership across Perilya's mining operations.

You will work with site leadership to develop Life of Mine plans and drive continuous improvement through strategic initiatives and investment reviews. Travel to operating sites will be required, and strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to site management teams to improve performance, productivity and safety outcomes.
• Review Life of Mine plans, operating plans, forecasts and strategic initiatives; monitor risks and opportunities.
• Oversee HSE matters, including risk management, incident reviews and continuous improvement programs.
• Support delivery of projects across the business, including capital and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in investment evaluations, business case development and due diligence activities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
