Job summary

WesTrac Cat is seeking an experienced Mining Support Manager to lead aResource Industries team in NSW. You will manage strategic customer relationships, drive aftermarket growth, and improve fleet performance and TCO across Hunter Valley and Mudgee regions.

Lead a six-person team across technical and account management, partnering with senior stakeholders to tailor fleet support strategies and deliver sustainable outcomes for clients and WesTrac Cat.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in mining, resources or heavy equipment sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with customer contracts and outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of heavy mining equipment, fleet performance and TCO.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple mining operations.
• Collaborate across customer, operational, technical and commercial teams to deliver value.
• Drive aftermarket, technology and service growth through site strategies.
• Optimise fleet performance via PA, TCO and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team with a safety-first culture.
• Oversee site performance, budgets, forecasts and commercial agreements.
