Job summary

Enemix, a global battery storage leader, is seeking a Business Development Manager to open doors across Australia's microgrid and off-grid sector from Sydney or Brisbane. Build relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants and site operators to tailor hybrid power solutions.

You'll manage the commercial side from proposals to negotiation, work with engineers on BESS designs, and hit ambitious targets with the support of a global team in a fast-growing energy storage market.

Qualifications

• A track record winning business in microgrids, off-grid, hybrid generation or remote power.
• Genuine technical fluency in BESS, power systems, solar and generator integration.
• The patience and skill to run long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and win them.
• An existing network across IPPs, EPCs, consultants or remote utilities.
• Full Australian working rights and a driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing new opportunities across microgrids, off-grid sites, remote infrastructure, critical power and mining.
• Building real relationships with IPPs, EPCs, consultants, utilities and site operators.
• Getting under the hood of customer problems, load, reliability, fuel costs, and turning that into a compelling case for change.
• Partnering with engineers to design BESS and hybrid power solutions that actually stack up.
• Running the commercial side, from proposals through to negotiation and close.
• Hitting your targets, your way, with the backing of an experienced global team.
• Being visible in the market, at events, in meetings, and in the conversations that matter.
