Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Planner-Scheduler to develop and implement comprehensive work plans for our assets across multiple sectors in Balcatta. You will prioritize work based on risk and asset criticality, coordinating with field teams to ensure maintenance and repair activities are completed on time and within scope.

This full-time role at the Balcatta Head Office requires strong communication, asset management knowledge, and the ability to analyse work orders and generate detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling within maintenance or infrastructure.
• Understanding of asset management and criticality-based prioritization.
• Knowledge of statutory, OH&S, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to innovate maintenance strategies and drive improvements.
• Experience with equipment maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule work per Maintenance Plan and SOWs.
• Prioritize tasks by equipment criticality and asset condition.
• Plan resources to ensure on-time completion within scope.
• Create comprehensive work plans with scope, sequence, and resources.
• Address and reduce maintenance backlogs.
• Communicate the plan to stakeholders and secure schedule commitment.
• Analyze work notifications/orders for accuracy and processing.
• Provide reports on maintenance, service, condition and performance.
• Assist in predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
• Drive service delivery improvements and innovative maintenance processes.
• Communicate maintenance strategy to technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, OH&S, Environmental regulations.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality solutions for Sodexo Remote Sites.
• Perform other admin or maintenance-related duties.
• Uphold HSE standards and report incidents/ hazards.
