Job summary

Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning for our expanding heavy mobile fleet across the Leonora operations. You will develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensure work instructions and resources are ready, and drive reliability and safety through effective planning.

Reporting to the Manager Assets, you will collaborate with reliability and asset teams, optimise maintenance around production schedules, analyse equipment data

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance planning experience with CMMS.
• Experience in planning maintenance for heavy mobile fleet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Assist with BOM and work instructions for planned work activities.
• Plan maintenance around production schedules to minimise downtime.
• Analyse equipment data for predictive maintenance strategies.
• Long-term component replacement in line with reliability planning.
• Review asset strategy and rolling site maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with reliability and asset teams on lifecycle strategies.
