Qualifikationen

• 4 to 8 years’ experience practicing as a Lawyer with litigation experience.
• Strong interest in disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborative approach and desire to learn from experienced practitioners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Commercial mindset and proactive client service.

Aufgaben

• Litigate complex contractual and commercial claims.
• Act for head contractors and subcontractors in infrastructure and construction disputes.
• Defend insolvency and restructuring-related disputes.
• Run shareholder oppression and partnership disputes.
• Advise boards and officers on corporate governance and pre-decision risk analysis.
• Act in joint venture, M&A, and financial services disputes.
