Job summary

Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking an experienced professional to deliver annual leasing and acquisition programs across specified regions. You will identify and provision housing that meets DHA and Defence standards for Defence members and families, and other Government agencies.

You will monitor performance, prepare reports, and provide expert advice on DHA Lease Agreements, acquisition contracts, and the property market to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual leasing and acquisition programs in accordance with the approved capital plan for specified regions.
• Identify and provision housing that meets the required standards for Defence members and their families and other Government agencies.
• Monitor performance, prepare regular reports and provide expert advice on DHA and Defence policy, DHA Lease Agreements, acquisition contracts and all aspects of the real estate market to internal and external stakeholders.
