Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education Office invites applications for a School Senior Leadership role at Emmaus College in Jimboomba to support the Principal in student wellbeing and engagement across Years 7–12.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, lead college wellbeing programs, and work with pastoral and teaching staff to strengthen Catholic values and outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles in Catholic education.
• Experience teaching and leading the teaching of religious education.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and current QCT registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in student wellbeing, behaviour and engagement.
• Lead the 7–12 College Wellbeing programs and coordinate curriculum alignment.
• Lead the College Student Behaviour Support Plan implementation for consistency.
• Strengthen teacher effectiveness and embed proactive approaches to student engagement.
• Collaborate with BCE and school leaders to foster Catholic identity and strong home–school partnerships.
