Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a Director of Process Safety & Assurance in Brisbane to provide strategic leadership of the Process Safety Assurance offering. You will shape growth, build senior client relationships, and lead a nationally connected team to deliver high-hazard project outcomes.

As a senior advisor, you will guide complex engagements, connect safety and compliance challenges to expert solutions, and influence across sectors and geographies while strengthening Aurecon’s Asset Performance

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in consulting, engineering, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior client relationships and win work.
• Strong understanding of safety, risk, assurance and compliance across asset lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Process Safety Assurance offerings.
• Build senior client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead and develop a nationally connected team and mentor staff.
• Oversee complex engagements ensuring integrated capability delivery.
