Job summary

You will lead process design, safety assessments, and risk management, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and develop key deliverables such as PFDs and P&IDs while supporting concepts through commissioning. Embrace digital engineering and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Process or Chemical Engineering degree and professional memberships.
• At least 9 years of experience in process engineering across resources, energy and hydrocarbon projects.
• Expertise in process design, safety, and risk management for complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong capability in process modelling using Aspen, Fluid flow, and Limn.
• Experience in equipment sizing and data-driven design decisions.
• Commitment to safe, sustainable and compliant engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of key process engineering work across energy and resources projects.
• Lead process design, safety assessments, and risk management.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and review process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specs, safety docs).
• Support project delivery from concept through FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital engineering tools.
• Build strong client relationships and provide guidance on technical and contractual matters.
