• Senior leadership experience in International Development with 10+ years.
• Strong track record in business development and managing client relationships.
• Experience with donors, partners, and global organisations.
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, people, client growth, performance, and delivery across the Human Development practice.
• Develop and deliver the Human Development business plan aligned to strategy.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive growth opportunities.
• Oversee program and project delivery from start up to close out.
• Monitor performance, risks, quality, and financial outcomes, with reporting.
