Job summary

Healthy North Coast is seeking an Associate Director of Planning, Data and Analytics to lead data governance, analytics and health service planning across the region. This senior role will oversee data governance, analytics, health needs assessments, planning for outcomes and value, and performance reporting while building capability in data-informed leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, privacy impact assessments, statistics and analysing data to inform decision making.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data governance and analytics across Healthy North Coast.
• Lead health needs assessments and planning for outcomes and value.
• Provide performance reporting and build organisational capability in data use.
• Represent Healthy North Coast at state and national levels to shape health planning.
