Job summary

Stride is seeking an Executive Director Governance, Strategy & Risk to join its Executive Leadership Team in Sydney or Brisbane on a hybrid basis. The role connects strategy with execution across governance, risk, quality, evidence, business development and communications to deliver sustainable growth and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated organisation.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable operational delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise governance, risk, quality and assurance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and monitoring of the Stride 2030 Strategic Plan and performance reporting.
• Mature governance, risk, quality, assurance frameworks and Board reporting.
• Build evidence, evaluation, outcomes capability and data-informed decision making.
• Strengthen business development and strategic growth aligned with Stride's purpose.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, advocacy and partnerships with commissioners and communities.
• Provide strategic leadership across marketing and communications to support objectives.
