Qualifications

• Significant senior executive leadership experience in a complex, regulated organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance, Board reporting, enterprise risk and assurance frameworks.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable operational delivery.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex information and present clear advice.
• Demonstrated change leadership and ability to influence senior executives and Boards.
• Commitment to consumer-centred, safe service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and performance monitoring of the Stride 2030 Strategic Plan, strengthening the link between strategy and execution.
• Mature Stride’s governance, risk, quality, assurance, policy and compliance frameworks, and strengthen reporting to Board and Executive.
• Build evidence, evaluation, outcomes and insights capability to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Strengthen business development and strategic growth aligned with Stride’s strategy and purpose.
• Lead integrated stakeholder engagement, advocacy and partnerships with commissioners, government and communities.
• Provide strategic leadership across marketing and communications to support strategic objectives.
