Job summary

Commonwealth Bank seeks a Senior Manager, Data Controls Uplift & Governance to lead data-control uplift across Economic Crime platforms. You will partner with delivery teams to translate mandatory data-control requirements into practical, actionable expectations while maintaining clear accountability between control governance and delivery.

You will provide governance, assurance and technical advisory leadership rather than direct delivery ownership, guiding change governance and CMRS processes

Qualifications

• Senior leader with deep data controls and governance expertise.
• Ability to influence enterprise-wide change and uplift data controls.
• Experience translating policy and risk frameworks into operating expectations.
