Job summary

Calvary is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for the Transitional Aged Care Program at Kogarah. This permanent full-time role is based at Kogarah and operates Monday to Friday with standard business hours.

You will drive patient flow, care coordination and service quality to improve access, experience and outcomes, while supporting the team through change and professional development.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered nurse with a management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.
• Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Proven clinical leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex information to inform decisions.
• Experience managing quality and safety improvements in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of approx. 9.7 FTE.
• Manage patient flow and care coordination through the TACP service.
• Drive quality improvement and implement clinical standards.
