Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) seeks an Associate Director of Workplace Relations to help influence national policy, analyse legislation, and represent Australian business in discussions shaping the future of work. You will engage with government agencies, regulators, industry groups and ACCI members to advance policy reform.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in workplace relations, employment policy or advocacy, excellent research and written communication

Qualifications

Experience in policy development and advocacy.
Strong understanding of Australian workplace relations frameworks.
Experience in industry associations or member-based organisations.

Responsibilities

Analyse workplace relations legislation and policy developments.
Contribute to advocacy strategies and policy submissions.
Engage with government agencies, regulators, industry groups and ACCI members.
Support representation in key workplace relations forums and committees.
Coordinate and deliver strategic grant-funded projects.
Research emerging workplace issues and develop policy recommendations.
Help shape ACCI's position on workplace relations reform and employment policy matters.
