Job summary

ApplyNow is seeking a property and land administration professional to act as the Council’s go-to adviser on leases, land sales, and Crown Land management in NSW. The role reports to the Director of Corporate Services and offers growth into Native Title work.

You will negotiate renewals, review titles and plans, and coordinate with valuers and surveyors while maintaining accurate registers and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, real estate, conveyancing, leasing, or land administration.
• Qualification in Land Economics, Property, Town Planning, Business, or Legal Studies.
• Confidence working with titles, leases, contracts, or plans.
• Clear written communication, including report writing.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease renewals for council land and towers.
• Review titles, deposited plans, and zoning to confirm property status.
• Update plans of management for community reserves.
• Coordinate valuers, agents, and surveyors on land purchases and sales.
• Keep Council’s land, lease, and GIS registers up to date.
