Job summary

IRO, a Rio Tinto group member, invites applications for a Senior IT Manager to lead the Pac Al IT functions across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. You will shape strategy, oversee ERP and infrastructure, and ensure safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will have extensive multi-platform IT leadership experience in resource sectors, strong SAP and networking knowledge, and proven skills in budgeting, project delivery and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Senior managerial IT experience in multi-platform environments.
• Experience in the resources sector or similar geographically diverse operations.
• Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting and vendor management.
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of Pac Al Strategic IT functions.
• Develop and direct IT strategy across group operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
• Oversee infrastructure, ERP and related projects.
• Manage IT budgets, cost controls and vendor agreements.
