Job summary

IRO, a Rio Tinto group member, seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead the enterprise IT function across multiple sites in Australia. You will set strategy, oversee ERP and infrastructure teams, and drive cost control, risk management and service excellence.

The role requires a tertiary IT degree and proven leadership in SAP, networking and multi-platform environments. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable IT solutions, DR readiness, and continuous improvement across the Pac Al

Qualifications

• Senior managerial IT experience in multi-platform environments.
• Experience with SAP, general networking and related technologies.
• Degree in Information Technology at degree level or above.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - coordinate Pac Al Strategic IT functions with stakeholders.
• Strategy development - define plans for information technologies and operations.
• Continuous improvement - optimise systems for size, purpose and cost.
• Infrastructure optimisation - build and sustain robust IT and ERP solutions.
• Managing - oversee Enterprise ERP and Infrastructure teams.
• Financial - monitor IT spend and vendor agreements for value.
