Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Sydney CBD is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time. You will provide business and systems analysis services and advice on complex data platform issues, working onsite in Sydney.

Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will create Epics and Jira Stories, document specifications, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories for development teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT analyst role.
• Experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholders.
• Experience writing business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of project management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create Epics and Jira Stories from use cases and requirements.
• Analyse existing use case documents to align development with new system.
• Organise Journey walkthroughs of stories and map to acceptance criteria.
• Document technical specifications.
• Write the technical road-map from current to future state.
• Document changes and communicate user stories as needed.
• Translate complex business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
