Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Analyst in Brisbane, offering exposure to investor reporting, shareholder engagement, capital management and potential acquisitions. Reporting to the CFO, you will work with senior stakeholders across a growing, internationally backed organisation.

You will analyse financial data, prepare presentations for institutional investors, develop financial models and support funding arrangements as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in corporate finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of corporate funding, capital structures and shareholder reporting.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses, presentations and reporting for institutional investors and shareholders.
• Support investor relations activities and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Assist with capital management activities, including debt facilities and capital raising.
• Support acquisition opportunities with financial analysis and due diligence.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to consolidate financial information.
