Job summary

Sydney Airport is seeking a Senior Analyst – Investment & Development Insights to help determine long-term commercial value. You will own analysis, challenge assumptions and shape investment recommendations for the Board in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Investment and Development.

You will combine rigorous financial modelling with storytelling to turn complex data into decision-ready papers, spanning retail, ground transport and property across major development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in management consulting, property or infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, valuation or transaction advisory.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop business cases and investment analysis.
• Lead financial and commercial analysis including NPV and scenario testing.
• Translate complex information into concise insights and board-ready materials.
• Shape board papers and executive packs for decision-making.
• Develop repeatable templates and analytical approaches for investment decisions.
