Job summary

Adelaide Airport is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to lead investment evaluation, valuations, capital management and FP&A. You will develop detailed financial models, prepare reports for the Board and executives, and support strategic decision making.

You will partner with business units to provide financial insight, oversee budgeting cycles, and contribute to capital planning and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.
• Accounting or financial analyst qualifications with designated recognition from CA ANZ, CPA, CFA or equivalent.
• Desirable Post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance.
• Complex financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analysing financial information to identify key drivers and variances.
• Preparation of high quality written reports for executives and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial evaluation of investment and development opportunities.
• Develop and review financial models to assess return metrics and investment hurdles.
• Prepare high quality reports for Board, Executive and Investor audiences.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to business units for pricing, operations, and investments.
• Review and challenge business unit performance with return on capital metrics.
• Manage annual financial reviews, quarterly reports, and annual planning cycle.
• Support cash flow forecasts and alignment of Strategic, Corporate and Business Unit Plans.
• Engage with stakeholders and present financial insights to senior leaders.
