Airservices Australia is seeking an Investment Assurance Lead to guide independent assurance and strategic challenge of major investment decisions. You will shape governance, improve business case quality, and drive long-term value for money across a complex capital portfolio.

You will lead a team of specialists, influence senior executives and governance forums, and embed best-practice assurance across airspace investments.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading investment assurance, business case development, strategic planning, economics, commercial analysis or major infrastructure investment functions.
• Proven experience influencing senior executives, boards, governance forums or investment committees on complex strategic decisions.
• Expertise in business case assurance, investment governance, benefits management and value-for-money assessment frameworks.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic analysis capability, with the ability to challenge assumptions and improve decision quality.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing specialist teams and fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement to present clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Airservices' Investment Assurance function and shape governance, ensuring investment proposals are strategically aligned and deliver value for money.
• Manage a team of specialists, providing independent review, challenge and advice across a complex capital portfolio.
• Collaborate with executives and governance forums to strengthen investment decision-making and best-practice assurance.
• Influence senior stakeholders and present recommendations to executives and committees.
• Embed assurance culture across the enterprise and drive continuous improvement.
