Seqwater is seeking an Internal Communication Advisor to connect with over 1,000 staff across sites in South East Queensland. You will translate complex information into clear messages, support leaders, and shape how messages are received across the organization.

You will develop content, advise on communications best practices, and use feedback and data to continuously improve engagement and alignment with Seqwater priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience developing internal comm strategies across multiple channels.
• Ability to provide practical communication advice and build trusted relationships.
