Bupa is seeking a Strategic Integration Consultant to join our growing team with the opportunity to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You’ll lead integration and transformation initiatives across the Integration Management Office and key workstreams within Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing, translating strategy into practical deliverables while engaging senior stakeholders.

The purpose of this job is...

You’ll play an important role in supporting Bupa’s integration agenda, working across the Integration Management Office (IMO) and key workstreams within Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing.

You’ll work across both strategic and operational priorities, leading projects, solving complex problems and helping turn integration plans into practical outcomes. This role will suit someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive work forward while also engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.

You’ll bring a strong consulting skill set, ideally developed within strategy, transformation, integration or a similar environment. This could be a great next move for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager looking to bring their consulting experience into a large and evolving healthcare organisation.
