A&Co Recruitment Partners in Australia seeks an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to influence strategy, guide leaders through complex workplace matters, and shape positive employee relations outcomes within a large, unionised workforce. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be the IR subject matter expert and partner with executives to drive enterprise bargaining and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering or a related specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
• Experience working within complex and unionised environments.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise bargaining activities and industrial negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Providing expert advice on industrial and employee relations matters
• Leading enterprise bargaining strategy and negotiations
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with unions and key stakeholders
• Managing industrial disputes, grievance matters and Fair Work Commission proceedings
• Advising on enterprise agreement interpretation and application
• Supporting compliance reviews, audits and industrial relations projects
• Developing policies, procedures and strategies that strengthen workplace relations outcomes
• Coaching leaders and HR professionals to build organisational IR capability.
