Laing O’Rourke is seeking an Employee and Industrial Relations Manager to join our national team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. This senior role provides strategic and practical advice on complex IR matters, partnering with leaders and project teams to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes.

You will lead unions and stakeholders, support enterprise agreement negotiations and strengthen IR capability across the business while ensuring regulatory compliance and best-practice processes.

Formación

• Experience in a complex, highly unionised environment.
• Experience negotiating and implementing enterprise agreements.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and workplace legislation.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employee and industrial relations activities as required, aligned with business priorities.
• Advise leaders and project teams on complex workplace matters.
• Build constructive relationships with unions, delegates, industry associations and key stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise agreement negotiations, interpretation and implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
