Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve annual hub savings and simplification targets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement mandates and spending thresholds for indirect materials and services.
• Collaborate with Hub, Division, and Global leaders to implement centrally-led sourcing projects.
• Implement metrics, tools, and processes to foster supplier innovation and optimize sourcing.
• Lead change management and CRMC approvals for new sourcing strategies.
