Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney is seeking an Operations & Procurement Coordinator to support corporate services across the business. Based in North West Sydney with a hybrid full-time arrangement, the role covers insurance, fleet, leases, property management and tenders, offering variety and cross-functional exposure.

You will work with Finance, Legal, HSEW and branch management to improve processes, maintain registers, manage supplier relationships and contribute to national initiatives.

Qualifications

• Broad corporate procurement and supplier management responsibilities.
• Experience across insurance, fleet, leases and tenders is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across a national business in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating corporate insurance renewals, certificates of currency and claims administration
• Managing fleet purchasing, disposals, records and associated administration
• Maintaining the national property lease register, including renewals, rent reviews and key dates
• Coordinating procurement of standard laboratory equipment, PPE and uniforms
• Managing relationships with key corporate suppliers and identifying opportunities to improve value and processes
• Supporting fixed asset records and associated financial administration
• Coordinating EOIs, tenders, capability statements and client submissions
• Maintaining prequalification panels, registrations, compliance and WHS documentation
• Managing information and submissions across tender and client portals
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc projects and corporate initiatives as required
