Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead to shape and mature our IAM capability. You will ensure the right people have the right access to the right systems, while reducing risk and enabling secure, efficient operations.

You will drive policy, lifecycle management, privileged access governance, and tooling integration across technology, security and business teams. This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a dynamic payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced IAM or PAM leader in a complex enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and least-privilege.
• Relevant certifications across platforms are valuable, practical experience also.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM policies, standards and roadmaps.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Manage PAM governance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure authentication, authorisation and access designs meet risk and compliance.
• Partner with security, operations and architecture to embed IAM controls.
• Monitor IAM control effectiveness and drive remediation.
• Lead IAM risk assessments, audits and evidence management.
• Drive IAM tooling integration including IGA and PAM solutions.
• Support investigation of access-related security incidents.
