Job summary

Australian Payments Plus (AP+) is seeking an Identity and Access Management Lead in Sydney to shape IAM policies, lifecycle management, and PAM governance across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with security, technology and business units to embed secure access patterns, drive risk assessments, audits and continuous improvement of IAM tooling, IGA and PAM.

This mid-senior role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM capabilities in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and privileged access management.
• Ability to design and implement secure access controls with least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM policies, standards, controls and the target-state IAM roadmap.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers and leavers, access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Monitor IAM control effectiveness, report on access exceptions and drive remediation.
