Job summary

ElectraNet Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to develop rolling maintenance plans and coordinate outages across South Australia’s high‑voltage network. You will work with Asset Management and external providers to optimise asset performance while balancing risk and resource availability.

The role requires 5–7 years in planning roles within asset‑intensive industries, strong data analysis skills (Excel), and experience with SAP PM or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Maintenance Planning or Scheduling in asset-intensive environments.
• Experience creating maintenance plans, work schedules and outage programs.
• Strong data analysis using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP PM or similar enterprise maintenance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high accuracy.
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling maintenance plans to optimise asset performance.
• Coordinate routine, corrective and strategic maintenance across the transmission network.
• Partner with Asset Management to align maintenance with strategies.
• Develop and maintain maintenance project schedules and work packages.
• Manage maintenance forecasts and planning data for informed decisions.
• Develop 13‑month rolling outage plans and contribute to long‑term strategies.
• Collaborate with service providers to optimise delivery schedules.
• Produce reporting and analysis for reliability, risk management and optimisation.
