Job summary

Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join the APAC HR team in a hybrid role based in Australia. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to balance people outcomes with business goals and implement workforce planning, industrial relations, and change initiatives.

In this hands-on role you will influence leaders, drive performance, lead employee relations matters, and support organizational transformation across sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR advisor in manufacturing environments.
• Strong employee relations and handling workplace matters.
• Exposure to industrial relations and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
• Experience supporting organizational change and workforce planning.
• Ability to influence leaders and build credibility across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Coach leaders on performance, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Support industrial relations initiatives including Enterprise Agreements and legislation.
• Contribute to bargaining preparation and implementation planning.
• Drive processes like performance reviews, talent reviews and remuneration planning.
• Partner on workforce planning, design and business transformation initiatives.
• Implement enterprise-wide HR programs and DEI initiatives.
