Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Senior People & Culture Partner for Technology to shape the people agenda for a critical global function. Reporting to the Global People & Culture Director, you will partner with the CTO and senior tech leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and enable growth.

You will lead core people processes across talent, succession, performance, reward and engagement, and drive strategic workforce planning, organisation design and capability initiatives that

Qualifications

• Significant business partnering and people leadership experience in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to translate people priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in technology, financial services or similar complex environments will be highly regarded.
• Depth across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership development, performance, reward and employee relations.
• Experience leading change, transformation, culture and engagement initiatives.
• Sound judgement, resilience, curiosity and a collaborative leadership style, with the ability to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Shape the people partnering agenda for Technology and lead the broader Technology people partnering team.
• Deliver core people cycles across talent, succession, performance, reward and engagement.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives.
• Influence decisions with data-led insight in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Group Technology and Security with large global headcount and enable sustainable growth.
