Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a talented professional for our Global Reward Advisory team. You will partner with businesses across Macquarie to shape reward outcomes, deliver data-driven insights and support the people decisions that enable growth.

You’ll work closely with Reward Advisory Leads and stakeholders across People & Culture to translate remuneration data into actionable recommendations that attract, retain and reward talent globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, remuneration, human resources, finance, consulting, analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• A curious mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of broader business objectives.
• A collaborative approach and desire to learn, grow and contribute in a dynamic global environment.
