Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its busy workforce directorate at Ashworth Hospital, Maghull and V7 in Prescot. You will provide professional, generalist HR advice to managers, support across operational services, and help deliver the Trust’s perfect care agenda.

The role requires a Level 5 CIPD qualification or a degree/equivalent, strong communication and influencing skills, and willingness to travel across the organisation in a hybrid home/onsite

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experienced HR professional with the ability to provide excellent generalist HR advice to managers and staff.
• Strong verbal/written communication and influencing skills, plus presentation and organisational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional advice and support to managers on a range of workforce issues.
• Provide effective, proactive HR support related to operational management of services and wider HR functions.
• Support attendance management, disciplinary and informal resolution processes, investigations and hearings.
• Interpret and advise on terms and conditions, policies and procedures, and employment legislation.
