Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Eight Mile Plains. The role offers hands-on HR generalist support while contributing to strategic HR programs in a fast-paced environment.

You will support leaders and employees across the lifecycle, influence gender equity and wellbeing initiatives, and help evolve HR systems and processes, fostering a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in civil engineering, construction or heavy industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation including NES.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees and leaders through the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide advice on employment legislation and HR policies.
• Manage a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Support evolution of HR systems and analytics.
• Contribute to Gender Equity and Health & Wellbeing strategies.
• Assist capability and development initiatives to boost performance.
