Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive the planning, development and delivery of its social housing projects. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will identify development opportunities, oversee feasibility, secure funding outcomes and support handover from concept to delivery.

This full-time role offers flexibility for 0.8FTE and may be based in Seymour, Shepparton, Wangaratta or Wodonga, with a hybrid work arrangement and strong focus on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning, development and delivery of housing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new housing development opportunities.
• Lead land acquisition, feasibility and due diligence processes.
• Develop business cases, funding submissions and project proposals.
• Coordinate planning to align with funding requirements and organisational goals.
• Monitor budgets, risks, timelines and reporting.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across government and funders.
