Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate development, commercial strategy and growth.
• Proven ability to translate opportunities into implementable business models.
• Strong financial analysis, due diligence and investment evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop business cases from concept to approval.
• Negotiate partnerships and bring ideas to market while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leaders across Finance, Legal, Risk and Operations to drive growth.
• Balance commercial ambition with sound financial judgment and risk management.
