Job summary

SA Power Networks, based in Adelaide, seeks a Head of Digital Value Delivery to steer the end-to-end Value Stream, aligning planning, investment and delivery to strategic outcomes. The role requires senior leadership across large, complex organisations and close collaboration with business, technology and operations leaders.

You will drive benefits realisation, develop strategic roadmaps and foster a high‑performing culture focused on measurable value. Interstate relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience delivering strategic business, digital or transformation outcomes.
• Experience leading large-scale value streams or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong capability in value realisation, benefits tracking and outcome-driven delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Experience building and guiding strategic roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership and accountability across levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Value Stream to achieve customer, operational, regulatory and business outcomes.
• Coordinate planning, prioritisation, investment and delivery with aligned resources and funding.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives aligned to enterprise goals.
• Drive delivery maturity and continuous improvement across the value stream.
• Balance competing priorities and manage dependencies to optimise delivery flow.
