Job summary

Woolworths Group, through its Wpay payments arm, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive strategic growth with client partners. You will support Senior Account Managers, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with Product, Technology and Customer teams to deliver timely solutions.

You will build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to go-to-market strategies while ensuring customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate successful outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support various customer accounts and assist in managing projects and prioritizing initiatives.
• Create and implement account strategies to foster growth and build long-term partnerships.
• Partner with support and technical teams to ensure customer SLAs are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies through pipeline management, research, event coordination, and marketing support.
