GENASPI ENERGY GROUP PTY LTD in Australia is seeking a senior leader to drive performance across commercial development, operations, and finance. You will set clear priorities, allocate resources and ensure delivery capabilities meet commitments to customers and partners.

You will lead a team, negotiate with key customers and partners, oversee budgets and cash flow, and report progress to Directors. This role requires strong financial judgement and hands-on decision-making to support growth in

Competenze

At least 3+ years of senior management experience in energy, renewables, or related project sectors.
Experience across budgets, operations and people.
Proven track record in growing a business or leading a new operation.
Strong financial judgement to forecast, cash needs and proposals.
Experience negotiating business agreements with customers and advisers.
Ability to recruit, develop and lead a team while involved in key decisions.
Excellent communication and ability to present to Directors.

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
Develop and implement a practical business plan with milestones and budgets.
Assess opportunities, funding needs and delivery risks before commitments.
Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners with support from advisers.
Monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts and spend against plans.
Establish processes for commercial approvals, supplier engagement and reporting.
Build and guide a growing team and allocate responsibilities.
Coordinate resources to align commercial, technical and operational work.
Provide Directors with progress reports on performance and risks.
Ensure growth plans reflect obligations and delivery capacity.
