Job summary

Talison Lithium, a leading lithium minerals producer, is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasting and long-range planning from our Perth head office.

Reporting to the CFO, you will provide decision-ready insights to the board, drive performance analysis, strengthen reporting systems and coach the FP&A team across operations and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading budgeting, rolling forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to provide decision-ready insight to CFO/CEO/Board.
• Strong cost-driver analysis and capital planning capabilities.
• Experience improving ERP/planning systems and data governance.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
• Provide decision-ready insights on performance, outlook, risks and opportunities to CFO, ELT and Board.
• Challenge assumptions on cost drivers, capital phasing and business performance with data-driven analysis.
• Improve reporting and analytics through systems, data governance and automation.
• Lead and develop FP&A capabilities with high standards for analysis and stakeholder service.
