Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a Foundation Partnerships Manager to grow the Foundation’s commercial and philanthropic outcomes. You will build partnerships, increase fundraising opportunities and support major events with a focus on donor cultivation and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community, you’ll develop strategies to secure funding, manage partnerships and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and match days.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in events, partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of the Panthers Foundation Strategic Plan.
• Build and maintain relationships across philanthropic and corporate networks; drive growth.
• Develop and secure new partnerships with funders, donors and sponsors.
• Identify and grow new revenue streams to support financial sustainability.
• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of events and fundraising programs.
• Collaborate with program teams to articulate impact and outcomes.
