Job summary

P&C Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the national finance function at a high-growth dealership network. You will own the general ledger, drive month-end close, and implement a robust financial control framework while guiding a team of 20 across transactional accounting and administration.

Ideal candidates will have Big 4 or large mid-tier audit foundations and CA/CPA qualifications, with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-focused business environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning month-end close and financial control.
• Background in Big 4 or large mid-tier audit, then commercial environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of the general ledger and month-end close.
• Lead the financial control framework including balance sheet reconciliations and close timetable.
• Deliver statutory reporting and manage external audits.
• Manage tax compliance including BAS, GST and FBT.
• Lead and develop a 20-person finance team.
• Collaborate with finance analytics and support business growth.
