Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualifications with 5+ years post‑qualification in a senior accounting role with staff supervision.
• Strong Excel skills; Xero experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate effectively within a management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of dedicated staff.
• Month-end financial reporting including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
• Management accounting and strategic financial analysis.
• Oversee Accounting, Payroll and IT functions.
• Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met.
• Drive continuous process and system improvements.
• Work on ad-hoc projects alongside the management team.
