Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Manager to own the month-end close, deliver accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting, and partner with the CFO to drive commercial insight. The role requires strong technical accounting and experience in high-growth SME settings.

You will lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and a payroll/compliance program, while developing a high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will bring CA/CPA qualifications, robust experience with Xero, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, and commentary.
• Maintain GL and control accounts for accuracy and appropriate treatment.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury, and FX hedging.
• Manage payroll compliance, supplier payments, and intercompany processes.
• Develop and coach a high-performing Finance team.
